Appointment Booking - You may make an appointment by calling the salon, your service provider or via booking app.
Online Scheduling - Each stylist/ barber does they're own scheduling. Contact your service provider at the salon to find out their scheduling method.
Cancellation Policy - We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment that you do so NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. This is a place to give us an opportunity to accommodate the needs of the other clients. If you have an appointment for a salon service or consultation, this time is reserved exclusively for you, as we DO NOT double book. The 24 hours' notice of cancellation is necessary and appreciated for all B Paramount Hair Lounge staff and clients. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 20% of the service cost. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. If you booked online, you can cancel your appointment yourself by logging into the online booking account.
Late Arrivals - In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their original appointment and be rescheduled.
No-Show - In the case of missing your appointment, you'll be added to our NO CALL NO SHOW list. Two or more missed appointments will equal being fired from the salon.
Health and Safety - For your comfort and safety, please notify our staff if you have allergies, any physical issues, disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience any discomfort or symptoms during your service, please alert your service provider immediately.
Right to Refuse Service - Our salon staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of their service.
Children in the Salon - To guarantee the comfort of all our clients, we DO NOT allow children in the salon unless being serviced. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled.
Refund Policy - We'll make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at B Paramount Hair Lounge. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know at the time of your service. All services are non-refundable, but we'll gladly work with you to fix it or schedule a corrective service free of charge. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
Please Note: The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed).
Privacy Policy - Customer's information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We DO NOT, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.
Method of Payment - B Paramount Hair Lounge accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash. (Boonie's Clients Only)
Head Lice - It is against B Paramount policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon, we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service once treatment has been completed.
